I’ve been on a baking kick lately. Made this last night, Rasberry dark chocolate cheesecake with home made whip cream and dark chocolate shavings. Thanks guys it was really good. Only my second cheesecake ever and I went from dry cracked top to amazing.
KR, that cheesecake looks like a pro made it. My mouth is watering just looking at it!

I need to get a spring form (sp?) pan and give a cheesecake a try Yep spring form is what you need, I use a 9” for most of mine.
