Crow.

Cooked it 3 different levels of done. Med/rare had the best flavor but weird texture, medium-medium well had an off putting flavor but texture was right, done was worse than a homeless mans shoe. Finally figured it out with a different marinade and cooked medium

My wife was cooking one day and making chocolate ice cream for desert. She added 2 cups of salt instead of 2 table spoons. It was awful

(this was 25 years ago) I sprayed the oven to clean it but ended up getting high and forgot to wipe it out / finish cleaning it, next day I made up a chicken and rice casserole, tossed it in the oven and turned it to 350. About 5 minutes later, smoke alarm was going off and the nastiest smelling smoke I have ever smelled was boiling out of the oven. Tossed the casserole.

I have cooked javalina several times and ways and it was good and put it in our regular sausage with no complaints. One time we made javalina jerky using a jerky gun. We ate 1/2 or it maybe the rest freezer burned and got fed to the dog.

Smoked a rack of ribs off a feral hog. Roommate had a bottle of oregano he thought would be a nice addition to it... he was wrong.

Not long ago made a peach cobler in the dutch oven after not using one for years. Put way too much heat on the bottom and it was BURNED!

Did not throw it in the trash because it was still edible, I have to go with my scrambled egg stuffed Jalapenos.
