If you own the book "Afield" by Jesse Griffiths (chef/owner of "Dai Due" in Austin) or listen to the Meateater podcasts/shows, you'll know he's one of the top game chefs in the US. His new project, "The Hog Book", is being funded through Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/project...result=project&term=the%20hog%20bookI have no affiliation other than I am a fan of his first book, his restaurant and his philosophy and look forward to this new book, I'm always looking to cook feral hog meat in different ways.
