He is a natural, and so creative. This is his latest, low carb thin crust pizza. He cooked these for me tonight, these are 2 carbs each, total meal 4 carbs. He fries those tortillas, used as pizza dough... delish!

These are really great tasting, but you have to be careful, some of these low carb breads are terrible. But these are great and my family would say better tasting than Mission which we buy a lot!

what sauce did he use, the crust is easy to get low carb. But pizza/tomato sauce is generally full of carbs. I'm on keto for controlling my diabetes and those look awesome I genuinely want to know!

Marinara sauce, 2 heaping regular spoons of it. Not many carbs. The whole 24 oz jar is 55 carbs, probably 50 spoonfulls, 1 to 2 carbs max per pizza for sauce.

I'm on keto as well and Rao's is pretty low in carbs when you look at how much you'll actually eat when it's spread across a dish.

I will tell you their tortillas are great, their hamburger buns are great, their sliced bread is great, their hot dog buns suck, their dinner rolls suck. Their BBQ sauce is good as well. This is all I have tried there.

I tell yeah, my son is a pizza connoisseur, absolutely his favorite dish. And in my international ski bum days, I considered my self to be an international pizza connoisseur, I made sure I had pizza in every country I visited, which span the globe.

Add more cheese and fold it in half, called it an Italian quesadilla.
