While we wait for his latest choice, instead of Buzz picking his next rifle, let's try to help out and have a group effort to pick one for him.

Pretty much everything between 6 BR and .505 Gibbs is on the table for consideration.

Real question is what do you want to see for sale a few months after the build

I say 7mm08 A.I.

Buzz is a man of simple tastes, only the finest.

So, next he really needs a custom similar to the African safari rifles, Mauser 98 receiver, maybe a new from scratch Mauser receiver from Granite Mountain or Satterlee since cutting cloverleafs is important, fancy stock and metal, .300 Win Mag would be a good do everything rifle he can hang onto.

TDK on here to build it with Chad to make him some big Nilgai blasting rounds for his Texas safari.

Buzz can't take the recoil of a 300 win mag without a lead sled. He needs a smaller caliber like a 22.

I’m hoping he buys a Big Horn Armory model 89 in 460XVR with the 18 inch barrel, upgraded walnut stock, and then sells it for half price to me.

Buzz seems to have migrated from fancy stock and metal to Cerakote, carbon camo stocks and giant Hubble optics. The bullets must be ultra high BC. Shape and coolness of the bullet is more important than the on game performance of tried and true classics. New and hot, the latest and the greatest!

We need to get Buzz full circle as he has had 1 of everything already. Wrist rocket and a bag of marbles should do him fine.

I miss mine, sold it at gun show several years ago. The barrel had become pitted, and accuracy degraded.
