I think the wife might be glad I'm home, and cooking again. The freezer's about empty, and there's 2 dozen more Tupperware containers in the cabinet!! Nice, very buttery and creamy; nothing like spaghetti carbonara with bacon, mushrooms, fresh garlic, and lots of Parmesan cheese.
