2 different ones. Both in Jasper Co. (east Texas). Thanks!

That's the one with the star shaped leaves.

X 2 on sweetgum for the top one.

I think the bottom one might be wax myrtle, also called candleberry or bayberry.

Lying is lying. Don't bitch about one doing it and condone another. That's called hypocrisy.

Definitely sweetgum for the top, bottom like others I am not sure. Does the one on the bottom keep leaves through the winter or shed them?

I don’t know if it loses its leaves or not as this is my first year on this lease. Leaves in both pics have rain water on them so they look more waxy than they really are. The bottom one is some type of shrub or bush as none of them are tall. The bark is smooth and almost white.
Thanks!

The bottom pic, to me, looks like a few different species growing together. I think I see some American Holly in there but it's hard to say without seeing in person.

Bottom pic leaves definitely look like a holly variety to me.

I was thinking Wax Myrtle as well. Looks to me like a Holly and Wax Myrtle growing next to each other.
