Hey all, I'm headed to a new pasture and have my place up for sale. Great weekender ranch with the perfect family cabin and grandma's extra cottage. Excellent potential for someone who wants to run an outfit. If the place doesn't sell in 6 months, I'll probably invest in 4-6 cabins and make it an Air BnB ranch. Neighbors did this and are booking 4-7 days a week at $129/night, so some great income potential is there. 107 Acres high fenced and a small low fence section in back for native WT hunting. 2 active wells. The usual Texas animal suspects running around the property. We've been cultivating our Axis herd for 6 years and have 10-12 bucks that are going to be huge in the next two years. Second ranch from the end of a PAVED county road for the ultimate privacy and just 11 miles out of Harper. 40 minutes to Fredericksburg. Awesome pool and views that can't be beat! Great blinds, mostly cleared of cedar, excellent brush through the middle of the property. Full of Live, Shin, and Spanish Oaks. Sounds like a beautiful place, I think the hill country is about a beautiful place as any where in the country.. Good luck with the sell,,

That is a very good price for what you are selling. Around here for something like that you are looking at over $9,000 per acre.

Curious if you would you be willing to owner finance with a good down payment? I'm sorry no. Capital Farm Credit has rates in the high 3's and low 4's right now, I'd really recommend them, but I understand every situation is different! FYI: We've got the property listed on AirBnB and it has generated over $2200 in revenue in the last 4 weeks. Something to consider!
