OP Stub THF Celebrity S Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 46,049 The Outer Limits	Wife said she was not cooking last night so what did I want? Big Shucks Fried Catfish and she was gone. Decided to use some of the leftover French Fries for breakfast in an Omelette this am. It was pretty darn good. Bet my cholesterol count is up just a tad I thought about getting some grass out of the backyard and Purty it up like KRoyals? Next thought was it might not be a good idea, the dog might have fertilized it

If you have some good leftover French or Home Fries save them for many reasons. Put them on Aluminum/Tin foil then in the oven at 450 for about 10 minutes and crisp those baby's back up and you are good to go again
