Had to run into Lowe's for a couple of items today and went thru the self checkout. Two of the four had out of order signs on them. I used the first open one and noticed there were no plastic bags on the hanger. I looked over at the out of order registers and they had plenty and got one and used it. As I was leaving I told the person watching the self checkout that the register I used was out of bags. This is where it went left, she informed me that the whole store was out of plastic bags. I pointed to the two out of order ones and said they were almost full. Then in a loud and contending voice she told me again that there were "NO PLASTIC BAGS IN THE WHOLE STORE". I just looked at her and said, You are A Dumb A$$ and walked away. The folks behind me lost it and just laughed out loud.
These people vote and it worries me.

Some people need to be told that, and often. I appreciate you doing that.

For years, I just commented to the wife that it was what we got from $5 an hour people. Now they make $15 an hour, and perform worse!!! Walmart is even worse..

Next time take the time to get an actual manager over there. You need the lesson to be extremely painful, it's the only hope that it will get through. Also, consider the possibility that this person is special needs and they just can't process what you told them in that amount of time.

Had this happen at a rental car counter. Buddy cancelled his pickup reservation for me to put in my name. Told me they had no pickups. I explained to them over and over but to no avail - because the computer said they had none. Sure enough walked out and there was his pickup that they didn't have
