Israeli Defense Force ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/wSqzGrl.jpg) I had this thread (over at RFC) in the back of my brain and started looking at the parts I have... Just for fun, I took a receiver I'd been keeping just in case, paired it with a 16" barrel from an SR-22 I used to build a .17HM2, and dropped them into a standard carbine stock. I had to tweak the inletting a bit to fit the slightly thicker barrel and make room for the shroud. I also had to sand a bit on the barrel band to get it to fit properly. Since my scope (Redfield Revolution 2x-7x 33mm) doesn't have to clear a long suppressor, I just used low rings and didn't add a pad to the comb. I still need to add a rail to the fore-end for my bi-pods, but I need to trim the rail I have a bit first, so will save that for tomorrow.  ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/82ARDUn.jpg)

When I first glanced at that top pic I thought the guy in the foreground was holding his ears. Definitely a WTF moment!  And I like your setup.
