My neighbor is actually there right now, he flew southwest but I didn't ask him if his flights were changed.

2020 sucks! We missed out on a cruise, my dream vacation since I was in 7th grade Machu Picchu, my first concert with my son, and now UT is talking about 25% of stadium capacity for football games.

Returned tonight from a week in Cabo San Lucas. This trip was in lieu of an airline-cancelled trip to Barbados.

That makes my third trip since all this 'Rona BS started. First, early on, was Tahoe. Second was around Memorial Day.

My annual Jamaica trip is not too far away and is still a go.

Well, the plane flight was beyond crappy with 24 hours of mask wearing between flights and airports, but the trip was absolutely worth it.

I'm booking some really cheap trips further out. Heading to Bali in September 2021, Hawaii sometime next year, maybe spring, maybe not. Prices and availability are the best I've ever seen.

Headed to idaho next month for elk. It will take a full on blockade for me to miss that trip.

There are some good deals around for sure. We went to Vegas right after they opened back up (and before they semi-shut it down) and it was less than $150 for hotel and airfare total ($75 each). Did Cancun first weekend of September (5 days) and it was about $700 for the wife and I airfare and all-inclusive.

Certain stateside stuff is through the roof though - Beaver's Bend/Hochatown is booked up and prices are about 10-15% higher than normal. Headed there for a week next week, but luckily we booked before it went up, plus we get a decent discount since that's where the wife likes to go and we go so much.

Was supposed to go to Vegas this coming weekend, but just cancelled it. All the shows and stuff I wanted to see as shut down. If I just want to gamble, ill just drive two hours to either Ok or LA. Sure wish things would just open back up.
