Got back from our road trip to Wyoming on the deer opener. I didn't realize that elk opened the same day. It was insane!! Never seen that many people before. here's a look at the trailhead.



The trip over in the RV was uneventful, and we did have great weather and a good time for the four days. First time I have had too many bucks to choose from, and not enough does for the two antler less tags. I'll go back when it gets a little cooler.




Tonight's dinner was just quick and easy. Andouille sausage, in a jalapeño, and wrapped in bacon. Last of the hard-boiled eggs from the trip. Some 10 minute peanut butter cookies for desert.

You sure eat good!
