This morning I was taking trash to curb, my neighbor was talking to her cat , the cat sat there like she was listening.
I went back in the house. My Golden Retriever was on the back porch so I took my coffee out to the porch and told him about the neighbor talking to her cat. We both had a big laugh.

Well stated. Much better than "I'm more of a cat person," which one son-in-law has said to me. He also takes every opportunity to reiterate, by implication, how much he hates our dogs. I don't like him.
