Happened to me this weekend at the farm on the Academy feeder. Connectors had just worked loose.

Was this the new model or an older academy model?

I do like Bucees and that was not meant to bash them, but since you decided to ask I really do wish that they had a better customer service/return policy. I feel that good customer service is taking care of the customer that has purchased from you, not the manufacturer. Its good to get the customer back out in the field as quick as possible, that is one thing that Academy is good at. If you buy something at Bucees, don't try to contact them or take the product back to them, its just not going to happen. I still go in there but when I buy something I'm ready to accept the fact that if I have an issue I call the manufacturer.

I bought an ASF feeder motor/control unit and a solar panel from Bucee’s. I decided I didn’t want it and returned it a month and a half later with zero questions asked.
