Great movie. Not sure he was that evil, he was just doing his job. Im wanting to say "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane" but Im not sure which one was evil. Most of Jack Elams roles would qualify.

Jack Elam, a great actor that never made it to the top, but was always there to play the bad guy. As a young guy he played some bad guys but as he got older he was more of a comedy sidekick.
