But I image the Lipitor rep doesn’t recommend a particle size test before prescribing, well unless he is selling the test too.

I still like butter especially on toast. I will walk off the difference to be able to eat the real thing. As for calories, there is not much difference per Tbs, the biggest thing is butter has 31 mg of cholesterol while the other have 0. Depending on how it is blended the saturated fat is probably lower, however the total fat is higher.

No big argument. I don't use a table spoon of Pam in a full year. Moderation is more likely with PAM. Its almost like we are discussing apples and oranges.
