Gouda in the U.S. is made from pasturized goat's milk, and cream.....
It's made in California...….. ugh... I didn't know this till, I read the article...…

any cheese can be made from goats milk. Swiss can as well, but that is not the norm even here in america. swiss from goat is no longer swiss IMO, same with gouda. it's an abomination, so I'll stick with my original thoughts. Gouda is not goat cheese and goat cheese is nasty. 2cents
