Any idea how old the grease was that it was fried in?

The grease is OLD very OLD,,they actually put the grease in a vault to protect anyone from throwing it out,,it is added to,but never changed!! Its the best d*&mn hamburger I've ever had,,we go once a year to Memphis and Dyers is the first and last place we hit!!!!

Who cares about Memphis burgers. Whenever I go there, there's only one place that I want to be sure and eat. You won't find better ribs than what they offer at the The Rendevous. It's in the basement of a downtown building that would have otherwise been torn down years ago. Don't ask for a menu because the waiter will only ask you one question. "How many orders do you need?"

Had one on a road trip back to Dallas, I was familiar with every gas station the whole trip home.
