What size breaker and are the 120’s going to be new wire ran? Or just swapped out?

New wire huh? You know this is a major project, right? Is the house pier and beam foundation? Do you have a big attic? Can you do Sheetrock work?

Ok, I used to be a pro...
I would open the wall above the service and label and save all Sheetrock rectangles, including the three above the three new 110/120 outlets and the service. Then sister 2x4 on both sides of all holes. Then hire the electricians. They’ll bore holes in the ceiling plate and run the wire(s) via attic. Once they’re done, you close the walls using the rectangles. Cut the rectangles short, above the plugs. Let the electricians open the walls for the boxes.
