Almost exactly what I had, except I used some Owens hot and sliced Opa’s for the meat. Made four tacos. Three left to go.

Is that homemade salsa? Count me in. No, unfortunately it is store bought. It’s the fresh kind from Costco. Not too bad, but definitely not homemade.

Steak and bake for dinner tonight. The potato is what I call a loaded potato. Ever make a loaded potato? What do you put in there. Love ranch dressing. Ever tried it.

I chopped up what was left and put it in some cold potato salad.

I'd make that for my city wife. I'd eat the hashbrowns and eggs. along with I'd make some biscits and gravy. My mother grew up on a cattle ranch in Mill Creek Oklahoma, had to have biscits and gravy for breakfast.
Thanks, Billy
