I've been very happy with Hornady 117gr SST.
Congrats on the 25-06 - you will be very happy with it! Very little recoil and the deer and hogs go down.

Hornady 117 is good but with a Weatherby 1:10 Twist, it might not like it so I would suggest some good ol’ Remington Core Lokt in 100gr too

My Savage likes the Hornady American Whitetail. A friends likes the 117 SST. My brother in law favors the 120 Core Lokt.

Clean the bore good before shooting it, then buy several boxes of different types of ammo and see which shoots best in that rifle. I've got a high dollar custom 25-06 and I never did find any factory ammo it liked. Ended up handloading for it.
Silver spurs and gold tequila keep me hanging on. Pretty girls and old cantinas give me shelter from the storm.

Had best luck with Berger 115s , I believe they are loaded by a couple different companies. Might check with Chad as I think he offers this bullet.

I have a TC venture 25/06 and a 700 25/06. Both rifles shoots 117gr sst very well. I ended up buying 10 boxes of them.
