I was given this rangefinder for free. I really don’t know anything about rangefinders, so I was wondering if this is a good one or not.

Those are ancient as well as discontinued. They have 15-20 year-old technology in them. They probably work well enough out to 200-300 yds. They claim to go to 450 on deer but I find such claims to usually be exaggerated. If the binoculars are decent and the laser has some function, they might be worth $50-100.
