Never see so many in quite a while. Anyone else having more than usual? They are driving my wife's cats crazy chasing them all over the place. The fur balls are wearing themselves out and filling up on them. roflmao

Good quail year on the way.

Jillions of them around here. Worst infestation in years.

Saw about 25-30 Turkey crossing a pasture this morning early. They're grasshopper eating machines and we've got plenty of them this year.

FiIFY. Great source of protein. Lonesome Doves second cook wouldn't ride in the chuck weapon. He walked all the way catching cicadas and grasshoppers to add proteins. Look it up.

I’ve noticed them the last few days but nothing like the bumper crop we had a few years ago.

I've read that if there is moisture at a certain time in their life cycle that it disrupts their reproductive cycle. That's why they tend to be worse in dry years. I've got them worse than most years right now.

They’re bad here. Got to an area I had skipped for a couple of weeks yesterday and it was covered them. Hopefully they won’t go on a March mowing everything down like those beetles did two years ago. You could actually see the beetles moving across the yard south to north killing everything.

This year is the most that I have ever seen. It is a full out attack as I drive in the Gator.
As I walked through the yard it was like a wave of them ahead of me.
