Ordered scope from them 10 days ago, was told by USPS it would arrive late Friday then was told it would arrive late Saturday and now......? Here is their "cover your [censored]" entry on their answer to my e-mail. Not really an answer is it????
"We have temporarily turned off our live chat service. We are unable to answer phone calls, even after lengthy hold times. It is currently taking us five days to respond to customer emails. We are not able to return any voicemails."

Not to add to your frustration, but, sounds very typical from them. They go silent like that so they can't hear you say " cancel my order " or can claim they didn't receive an e mail or voice mail to cancel order. ---> Trust pilot Opticsplanet. Even on the above site anything over 2 stars is a fake review.

This happens with USPS often. They miss on a delivery date and then it comes a day or two later. I would not be worried yet.
FWIW, I have bought from Optics Planet several times and have never had issues. It's really not their fault that USPS missed on a delivery date.

I've had delivery issues with both optics planet and usps. I bet you'll get it. The only question is when.

Not much else I can do but wait at this point. I do own my own business and have time sensitive packages (checks) that must be delivered on time or it can cost me or my client additional money. For that reason I never send anything USPS. If my "package" doesn't arrive on time, I bear the responsibility for its delay. Makes me look bad in the eyes of my client and, as I said, may cost me or my client more money. (Could be in the thousands if its a larger check that USPS can't find). a few months ago they lost a $170K check and to reissue it and send another cost my client >$4,000. They weren't real happy and I couldn't just brush it off and point the finger at USPS. I made the decision to send the check USPS just like OP did with my scope.
BTW, the check USPS lost was to go from Arlington to Ft Worth so I thought, what could go wrong, even with USPS???? Grrrr.......

The virus has a lot of companies running shorthanded, it also has compounded the volume of online ordering. Neither the sellers or the shippers can keep up with the volume. Give it time.

You can get great deals from OP, if the product is actually in stock, which you often have trouble determining despite what it says on the product page. They are, by and large, slightly more reliable than Botach Tactical...which is like saying they are slightly more reliable than cow manure.

I sold a rifle stock online recently and mailed it from Sugar Land to somewhere in Mississippi. I mailed it via USPS Priority Mail on the 14th. It stayed in my local post office for a week and then finally got to Memphis. It's been there for 5 days and now the tracking info simply says, "In Transit, arriving late". At the one week mark I asked my local unfriendly and unhelpful postal clerk for some info and all she could say is that the mail is running behind. I know it's frustrating but be patient, it will get to you sooner or later.
