I thought the people getting $30-40 a box for 9mm were crazy (last ones I sold here were $15 a box just last week)...this idjut is asking a mere $150 per box..I messaged him that if he does happen to find a buyer, tell them I'll sell the last 3k rounds of my personal stash for $3 a round...crazyness..I've still been buying it retail just yesterday for $12 a box.

Oh, and to perform a PSA for anyone interested....if anyone is looking when I was in Scheels yesterday evening I noticed they had a couple of newly shipped Colt 6920's for $1000 - all things being equal that's not too bad a price in today's market.

Looking at some of the other prices on there it might be time to make a fortune on stupidity.

I no longer reload so can't give you a complete rundown (though at current prices I may regret not doing it anymore), but yes they do. Earl

Yes, powder, bullet and general reloading section alone was better stocked then the entire ammo and reloading section of FTW cabelas and Grapevine bass pro combined

Im curious if anyone is buying at these outrageous TGT prices, or if they dont really WANT to sell and are just asking a ridiculous price in case someone stupid takes it. I see that happen on some of the gun forums Im on- guy has a certain hard(ish) to get item, asks over retail for it even though its used, occasionally someone really "needs" it.

I’ve emailed a few to inquire and was told it was sold. Does it mean it’s necessarily gone and really sold no. But if someone is really that dumb I could make a fortune off of them.

I thought the same thing. Saw a post that had 6 boxes of 45acp for $180. That's $30 a box of 50. Unless I missed something recently, I didnt think 45 had went over $20 a box, especially blazer.

I predict ammo will be at least a buck around by October, maybe more.

Unlike panics of years past supply was moving in just being bought up fast. I have been watching distributors for a month now and the supply chain is pretty dry.

Rona Virus, civil unrest, election coming, will be the biggest panic buy the world has seen.

There is a thread on another site I sponsor of crazy prices people are paying, we watchd a MP 15/22 get 1500 on gunbroker last week for example shocked

I shut down my web site to prevent new orders this weekend. 2 reasons, I can't change all my pricing quick enough to reflect the new prices. And mainly, orders are coming in faster than I can produce. It's like drinking from a fire hose.

I ordered some 223 ammo on 7/01, they charged my CC in full on 7/02 and still no ammo. When I ordered, the website said there were 4 available. Not very happy right now.

Although I did laugh at that, I have to admit that I was one of the ones holding the firehose!
