Howdy!
My Name is Matt Pearson, and I just opened a game processing shop in Round Rock called Republic Butcher Company. I have been a professional chef since 1992 with the exception of a 4 year vacation to throw hand grenades and shoot belt feds for the Army. We are a veteran owned and operated company run by hunters and fisherman. Apparently I'm not smart enough to start a facebook page, but our Instagram is @republicbutcherco Please feel free to reach out with any cooking questions, and any IG follows would be appreciated. Covid has all but destroyed the restaurant industry i came from, and being that there aren't any gunner jobs out there in the civilian world, I could use as much work as possible. I hope I am not breaking any rules by posting about my business in this forum. Thanks!

I'm off Old Settlers BLVD between Red Bud and AW Grimes. In the off season my hours are 9-5 Mon-Fri, but so far I have been here 7 days a week from 7am-9pm since I got the keys back in March. I live 3.5 miles away so I can take after hours drop offs any time.

i do not know of anything wrong with a post in the classifieds, check the rules for what is needed to post there, time on the forum and min number of posts or a membership required. There is a favorite processors thread sticky at the top of the Deer Hunting Forum as well.
