Beautiful animals. I had Gemsbok when I was in South Africa, and it tastes good, too! The second best thing I had there. The first was Impala pie we had our first night.

The gemsbok look to be in great condition.



It certainly does have nice meat. On a SA hunting forum I ran a poll asking hunters what their favourite species was according to the quality of meat. About 650 votes were cast and the Top 5 were as follows:
