What do I do about the pus? Seriously, if you still have pus two months later, it's time to go back to the Dr. Your other option is to get a sharp swiss army knife and a bottle of vodka (for pain and sterilization) and cut it open and clean it out yourself. Personally, I would opt for the Dr.

OP is kinda new but from what I can tell about him the pus comment was a joke. Surely after 2 months if pus is there a DR is in order.

Becareful I have friend that damn near lost his hand from being finn’ed by a black drum and another friend almost lost is from a hard head. The bacteria on those fins is no joke.

Had a hard head fin go just over a half inch into the bottom of my foot and the fish was stuck to me until I could sit down and pull it out. My family still talks about how funny I looked trying to get back to the beach hopping on one leg. Of course they helped once they realized why I looked retarded trying to get to shore.
Nothin fun to deal with.
