Just arrived back from Nvision from getting a new lens and being gone through. The old lens had a coating issue that was fixed under warranty. Unit was purchased end of 2019 so almost 4.5 yrs of no questions asked transferable warranty remaining.

Unit has no issues. Front lens assembly is BRAND spanking new. Warranty turnaround time was 1 week. They even paid shipping both ways. Way better than my experience with FLIR...
