Fox reported this morning while I was drinking coffee that ICU occupancy in Houston is at 100% and they are enacting surge plan. Texas children’s Hospital is admitting adult covid patients. It sounded like things are getting real in the bayou city.

I think they should open everything up and let people make their own choices. As part of that decision making process, anyone who chooses to go out and about, not take "protective" measures, etc. signs a waiver that they go to the back of the list if a hospital bed or ICU is needed.
