So I’m watching the news and they have a story about a Bexar county judge being assaulted over a customer not wearing a face mask. They showed the video the customer was checking out and the cashier apparently told the customer that he wasn’t in compliance with the new county order and he said something back to him and then the Judge who is in the next line leans over and pulls a piece of paper out and the customer smacks it out of his hand. This is what they are calling an assault and of course the Nudge followed the customer out and got his license plate so they can track him down.

I’m sorry this is not what I call an assault but you better believe they are going to push this. I don’t know if this is the same Judge that signed the order but he has been pushing for the wearing of mask. This was so easy to avoid the customer had already done his shopping and was just about done checking out just let him go and you have no problem. But no!

The judge had no right to do anything. The guy should have had a mask on if required but it is up to the business to enforce. Just ignore it. Geez. Guess the judges feelings were hurt. He should have taken it up with the manager to enforce anything. What did he expect from the dude? My Ex would have smacked him too. Some people are just mad at everything. Covid gives them an excuse though. On to the next trigger.

That is not how it happened. The liberal judge confronted the man, a man without a mask and who was also discussing mask wearing with employees who agreed with him that they were not necessary. So this judge who was also filmed not wearing a mask at another Lowe's store actually takes off his mask to confront the guy. He wants to be recognized and asks the guy if he knows who he is and hands him his card. The guy knocks the card out of his hand and says he doesn't care who he is basically. So the liberal crying judge calls the cops. The same cops he hates. (and I use liberal because it describes an attitude of what they have become)

Went to home Depot in Garland yesterday put my mask on fogged up my glasses the whole time but I did it I saw two customers not wearing one not sure who's supposed to say anything to them. (Not that I care) The rebels without a cause. The problem is a manager says something to them They instantly are going to get berated that manager nor that corporation made the rule Don't flip out on the messenger.
