You should consider allowing gifs to be uploaded. There's some good content we're missing out on, particularly in the Funny Pics thread

You can.... When you click on the upload image by URL, you can put a .GIF link in.... Though GIFs cannot be saved to Computer, then reuploaded as they change from GIF to JPEG or PNG format when downloaded.
