Are scarce as hen’s teeth right now. Looking for a 2-7x32, and had to look through dozens (maybe hundreds at the point) of websites to find one in stock. I know reflex sights are all the rage (I have several), but are pistol scopes going the way of the dodo??

Didn't know they were hard to find, but I have been using the same few scopes for years

Kmon, same here. Haven’t bought one in quite a while, so didn’t really pay much attention to them. Need one for a new project, and had difficulty finding one.

If recoil isn't bad you could use a scout scope. I've used them for 7-08 no problem, field of view and target acquisition is a little better.

That might be an option. No experience with scout scopes, so any advice would be welcome.

Yep had the same issue finding one for my TC
Burris and Leupold are the only ones making pistol scopes now and boy howdy they are proud of them.
