I was buying the seasoned beef fajita meat today at my local La Michoacána meat market today when I got a wild hair. With the only option to buy 36 corn tortillas I decided I wanted to try and make my own. Took some practice and I decided now I need a tortilla press along with the proper little sheets plastic. All in all it was super good.

You have more patience than most, we quit doing that decades ago, and have no intention of doing it again.

... agree with your patience and time available ... we buy the 20-50 count, they keep for a long time in the fridge.

Looks great! I just cut a Ziploc bag to use on my corn tortilla press.

Looks great! I just cut a Ziploc bag to use on my corn tortilla press. I did that and used the bottom of a pot to flatten the tortilla. It worked well until I had difficulty getting the tortilla off the ziploc, it was my first time making them so my mixture could have been off a bit.

Yes Sir, it will stick unless you spray the plastic with a little PAM, or any cheap non stick cooking spray. I've never made blue corn, now I wanna.
