I recall seeing some grills with a griddle section. that interesting too. I think that is in the barrel style though. too dang many brands out there. USA made is an objective.

Build your own cart/table.
A buddy and I did it one a few years ago. Grill brats at one end and sit and eat brats at the other.

This is the one I have. Gas bottle lighter sux. Broke the plastic table and replaced with cedar top but I still like the storage can for the bag of charcoal and the table.

Got the "Master touch" version...basically all the accessories. I'll put some plywood on sawhorses for a table

When it comes to metal charcoal grills the Weber's are in a league of own. I had the little hundred dollar Webber for 3 or 4 years. Wind storm got it finally. Bought a BGE couldn't imagine having anything else now.
