2007 Skyline Layton 247 LTD travel Trailer. Title in hand. $6000 o.b.o. - Bunkhouse set up with queen in front and bunk beds in rear. Bunk is double on the bottom and single on top. The dining table and couch can also be folded into double beds giving a total of 5 beds. All appliances in great working order. Overhead A/C,3 Way fridge (runs on electric, propane, or 12volt battery), 3 burner propane stove/oven, microwave, propane water heater, water pump, shower/toilet, separate vanity) includes 2 propane tanks and 12-volt battery. Separate vanity outside the bathroom. New custom darkening shades, updated paint, and fresh decals. Has Awning assembly but awning material was ripped and would need to be replaced. The front portion of the ceiling was replaced due to damage from a water leak. The trailer was completely resealed (with actual rv sealant) after I purchased it. Hail damage dented the front and right side (opposite of door) It's not but perfect but a great travel trailer with tons of room. Perfect for a lease but my family enjoys it wherever we go also.
