They seem to have good prices. Anyone purchase firearms from them before? How’d it go?

Never bought a firearm from them but have bought a ton of stuff from them and it’s always a good transaction and fast shipping. I wouldn’t expect their gun purchases to be any different.

What are you looking for? Surely you can find it elsewhere cheaper.

x2 - when I want to buy something from them, I usually just put it in the cart and wait until they do free shipping. Love me some Midwayusa.com.

Never a firearm, but tons of other stuff and have never had a problem. I have never purchased a firearm from them, because I have always been able to find it cheaper from other on line dealers.

Currently looking for a deer rifle for the kids. Classifieds here is hit or miss. Currently a miss for me for pretty much everything.

The rifles I’m looking at on midway are:

Browning AB3 micro stalker 243 $520 free shipping -13” lop

Remington model 7 predator 243 $460, $10 shipping

Weatherby vanguard compact synthetic $483 adj lop 12.5”-13.625” $10 shipping

I like the weatherby and browning due to shorter lop. My son is small. But the price of the predator is hard to beat with the fluted barrel. I’ve always liked those.

Just received a new gun at my FFL's, bought it from Elk County Guns and Ammo. Did it over the phone, went great.

Now, here's my (a) secret, Put what you want in your "Cart" , fill out all info,re; delivery address, email, CC#, then log off the store. In a few hours you may get back a note like I did saying, "Hey, you left something in your cart. If you buy we'll give you $20.00 off of shipping.

Might work at Midway, as they are very competitive. Most guns are set at MAP, which is locked in price everywhere , this is when the free shipping, no tax, helps.

Have you checked Gibson’s?

They’ve always carried a good selection at a fair price

I've gotten these same emails when I left things in my cart with multiple vendors. It has actually pushed me into placing the order a couple of times.

No sir. Never known them to have good prices. I’ll check them out though

I was in the new Scheels today in the colony, not sure how far of a drive that is for you, but they have an awesome selection of guns with pretty good prices.

Ordered a Versacarry carry holster that was already 40% off for an extra 30% off. It took them 3 emails to get me.

Thank you for reminding me to change that. Showed my son the guns I was looking at for him last night and he said he likes synthetic better lol.
The .223 in that ad would be for me though, walnut only.

Changed it. Had also added weatherby synthetic compact right above no synthetic stocks. Lol

Why not gunbroker? Some of the best deals I’ve gotten of firearms came from there.

I have bought a couple of guns from Midway, but that was mainly because I live an hour from their facility in Columbia, MO. I can buy them online and then drive over, do the 4473 and walk out with the gun. I do have to pay Sales Tax, but no shipping and they tend to have better prices than my LGS's.

This is the way. Buying any other way (except preowned or auction) is likely to cause you to pay more for no reason.
