I've seen pictures of these from time to time. Piebald, or I think someone called them gunsmoke turkeys.

Just another color phase of turkeys, they come in different colors in the wild but often times the lighter colors do not make it to adult stage of life. The white ones and light grey ones are easier for predators to find when young. Cool birds and most color phase adults I see are hens, but have seen two mature gobblers colored that way. Hhink I still have a hen decoy colored like that.

It sure was cool to see on the game trail cameras! Apparently, a Melanistic turkey was recently taken as well. Seen a handful of melanistic deer, pics of that TX bobcat not too long back, but never a turkey: Melanistic Turkey Article
