All charges related to the shooting of the cormorants should be dropped. The remaining charges for shooting herons and egrets should stand.

Mind blowing Yep. (Although I will say something needs to be done to control the cormorant population. I see zero reason for them to be on the protected list and they’re extremely destructive and nasty birds.)

They need to take their fishing licenses as well as there hunting licenses. The thing is that, the species they killed are all fish eaters, I don't think hunting had anything to do with it.
