What have yall used to get rid of the nose down rake? I bought the second vehicle I've owned today, and this will be the first thing I do. I definitely want it to sit higher, but do not want to look like I'm in high school. My work pick up is a 1 ton, and this half ton needs a boost up. I will probably be putting a replacement bumper on as well. Opinions on those are also welcome.

You shouldn’t rely on shocks to carry the weight of the front end, that’s what the springs are for,

I used a Rough Country 2" leveling kit for for the front end of my 08 Dodge. It made it sit just right.

Don’t do spacers, especially if you’re going to do a bumper. Do new coil overs.

i put a rough country on my FX4, looked great. did not replace the bumper though.

Spacers maintain the factory ride, no reason not to use them unless you want a different spring rate.

I'd do Rancho or KYB Quicklifts if they have them for your year model. Bilstein's would require you to swap springs over.

Anything besides a spacer lift! Bilstein 5100’s are a better option

I won't. My 2011 is doing fine and was leveled 130k ago with spacers.

What makes you think a spacer lift is bad?

just me, I don't like leveled pickups, end up nose high when you put weight in the bed or tow.
