Had some chopped brisket left from the one I smoked last week so decided to make an omelette for the wife and I. That looks like something I could eat every day! I've got a bit of brisket left over from the other day, I think I know where it's going tomorrow morning!!

Just made one for lunch and added a bit of piggy sausage to the brisket. It was delicious!!
