We didn't go but buddy went up. Literally cameras finally showed gobblers moving and one of our lease guys son called in a good one. Not much at lease in Erath yet. Saw a couple of hen driving out. I went Thurs and Fri and didn't see a single bird. Hens are hitting feeders though. Chased one gobbler for 2 hours but he didn't want to play. Could have limited on pigs though but brought a knife to a gun fight! Son just had his 20 gauge and I tried 3.5 inch 12 gauge shell before with no luck. This is usually the quiet time though until they are done breeding. Will be back next weekend. Good luck! Killed most of mine toward end of season anyway. Many last weekend in May.
