Been doing a lot of cooking lately. Forgot how much I like making something new with left overs. This has always been one of my favorite sandwiches. Last day at the office before our cafeteria closed for viro-polluza they had CFS. I asked the lady, "Can I get that on a hamburger bun?". A lettuce leaf for crunch, slice of tomato, onions, slice of pepper jack, and pickles. Man, it was really good. She even toasted the bun for me.
