yep, love fried gizzards, hearts and liver ... growing up we saved the gizzards and hearts from our dove too.

there's a little convenience store in east Austin at the corner SE of Decker Lane and Loyola that has a little fry kitchen that makes really good gizzards and livers, but be sure to get them fresh cooked.

Best ones I ever had were at Mary's in Strawn..... the Absolute Best i have ever eaten!!!! I bet there were 100 of them on that platter and I ate every last one of them!!
