The thing I miss the most is the way people treat others. Back when I was younger people helped others. Not only financially but with kindness. This is a completely different world we are in now. It is hard to adjust to especially after seeing how good it used to be. But I guess it changes with each generation. Probably a good thing people die so they don't have to see how screwed up it become each generation.

Open range. The first real hunting lease I was on cost $100/year. 10 guys on 3,000 acres. it was north of San Saba with two miles of the Colorado river running through it.
