Looking for 2-3 hunters. In Encinal, off Hwy 44.

High fence, 5,800 acres. Year round access and Level 3 MLD.

4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms on the property. Covered cleaning rack with rails, electric hoist, and walk in cooler. Currently have 15 blinds and corn feeders.

What species and what price?

Whitetail, dove, quail, hogs, and coyotes. Land owner doesn't want any cats or javelina shot.

$12,000 per gun (I know it is on the highest side). Family and guest are welcome but have to hunt with member.

First, welcome to the forum Ben. Second, when you say have to hunt with the member, do you mean off of members tags or
do they use their own tag and just have to be in stand with paying member?

MLD tags are provided from the state and the land owner. No need to use the tags off your license, you will just write your license number down on the MLD tag. Guest are not allowed to hunt alone. They have to hunt with the member.

Last two years we had 32 bucks and 10 doe. Honestly think the biologist has been playing games with us especially on doe tags. Had some issues with the old ranch hand and past members. Last year the biggest buck harvested was 165 but he was broke up. Shot a few in the 150s

Fed is not included in the price. The old lease manager and his group really did not believe in using corn feeders at blinds. Slowly started changing that the past few years. Believe protein was covered but the old manager would only feed for a few seconds. New manager has been putting out a lot and increasing the feed times a good bit.

I have seen turkey tracks a few times but have never seen one in person.
