Looks great, I love TACOS! just curious, why is that not a breakfast taco? What defines the difference between a taco and a burrito? Without going to Merriam Webster, I differentiate them by size. Big Tortilla 12" = Burrito, regular or small Tortilla 7" = Tacos Not saying that is right but how many Burritos do you see in a small Tortilla

I always thought a burrito had the ends all folded in and then rolled, where a taco is merely folded in half there was a little hole in the wall place called Primo Burgers in Mojave CA that I used to swing by on the weekends and get a loaded breakfast burrito and it was HUGE and stuffed to the max. It was the type with ends folded in then rolled

It was the type with ends folded in then rolled I googled it an most web sites say size. Wikipedia says rolled ends as you mentioned. And come to think of it most Burritos I get the ends are folded. So if you use a large Tortilla and leave the ends open it must be a Burtaco or a Tacito https://la-mesa.com/food/your-guide-to-mexican-dishes#:~:text=The%20main%20difference%20between%20a,to%20fall%20apart%20more%20easily. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BURRITO AND A TACO? The main difference between a burrito and a taco is the shell size. Tacos are generally a lighter snack or meal, while a larger burrito is a hearty, full meal. For a taco, it can either be a soft or hard corn shell, while a burrito is generally a larger flour tortilla, as corn tortillas tend to fall apart more easily. Tacos also tend to have one type of meat and lighter toppings, while the burrito can hold a large number of vegetables, cheese, beans, etc.

A "burrito" is self contained. It can be eaten while walking, working, etc. It has an end rolled so that the filling stays in. A "taco" or wedge, is more of a scoop. It is either flat or folded. They were designed to allow you to just hold over the pot and scoop the meat in. So, in short, a "burrito" is a food of convenience while a taco is designed for ease of eating around a pot, etc. From there, they became fancier varieties and different ways of serving them.

We differentiate between tacos and burritos in S Texas. Burritos are large and folded on BOTH ends, or small folded and fried. In West Tx and most of the Mid West, they call breakfast tacos breakfast burritos regardless. They only call crispy tacos tacos. It’s a regional thing.

After further review I stand corrected it is a Taco, a big Taco but still a Taco. Yep a Burrito is bigger with ends folded. Even the package says Taco What brand of bacon is that? Looks real good. My wife bought it so it must be a cheap brand from Aldi or Wallymart. I have enjoyed cooking Bacon for around 55 years and with TLC and patience can make ugly Bacon pretty

to me a taco uses a corn tortilla. Anything in flour is a burrito. Then the only tacos I eat are street tacos. For the most part I hate corn tortillas, don't mind the flavor etc. that I like, but they are too small and almost always leave you with a busted taco falling all over.
