Yes but because I'm barred from giving blood (I was stationed in Europe during the Mad Cow Panic) I doubt that they would take anything. That’s a good question. I am also on the no blood accepted list for the same reasons. Strange that that was almost 30 years ago but they still say no. I have never inquired about the effect on organ donation. I'm in the same boat....Mad Cow and Chernobyl...Germany 86-88....permeant blood donation ban....hoping it will be lifted before I die....
