Got the firewood cut and split and stacked. Washed the tractor. Filled the bird feeders. Now watching the Daytona 500 and the children driving in it. I’m thinking wine might be good.

Gary Stewart...I really like his music. One of the best of the Texas honkytonkers. Died too young.
Gonna get more wine and watch an old movie. But...I’m not too far into the wine. Maybe some Tullamore Dew would be good - Irish Whiskey for a mostly Irish guy watching a Gene Tierney movie.
Sure has been a nice day...I can hardly remember a better one.
The orange Kubota tractor looks good too. I just have to remember to not drink to much. Nausea, a hangover, and an orange tractor just don’t mix.

An Empty Glass is one of my favorite songs. The opening lines: "An empty glass That last cigarette It's closing time And I'm drunk again But somehow I'll make it home..." That could have been my theme song in my 20's. I cut it short because I never cried myself to sleep, but the 1st verse holds true.
